Others don’t like them because of the additional flavour they provide or their texture. Having hate for brussel sprouts goes beyond the bitterness of them. That is why we are here to help!

Has your mom ever steered you wrong? Well, maybe! Usually, when it comes to health, my mom has never steered me wrong.
She has always told me the benefits of various food groups and vegetables specifically. When it came to brussel sprouts, though, she never stopped ranting and raving about them. The first lead into the brussel sprouts conversations was they were just nutritious. Second, it leads to that they have some of the Omega 3 acids in them. Which I feel most people don’t know. Heck! I didn’t even know about that till she tells me sometimes! They are also high in fibre and antioxidants.
The newest one that I have found out on my own is brussel sprouts might help in some way to fight cancer, which is unbelievable! We have a whole new meaning to cancerous brussel sprouts!
